About

Professional

In my 6 years in post production, I've managed to work on a wide array of projects from features to documentaries to web and commercial work. I strive to bring the same passion and work ethic to all of my endeavors, by keeping a calm and focused demeanor and by maintaining healthy and supportive lines of communication with my co-workers. There's no better way to work than as a collaborative, creative and decisive team.

At Condé Nast Entertainment, I’ve helped develop several successful digital series for Youtube. For Bon Appétit, I edited the pilot for the celebrated series, “Gourmet Makes” with Claire Saffitz, and several subsequent episodes. Then, I went on to develop the series “Almost Every,” and, most recently, “Three Chefs, One Dish.” I’ve also worked on episodes of “It’s Alive With Brad Leone,” “Molly Tries,” and “Almost Perfect: Pizza” for Bon Appétit.

For Architectural Digest, I edited the pilot for the long-running, award-winning home tour series, “Open Door,” and several subsequent episodes. For Glamour, I helped develop their most successful digital series, “You Sang My Song,” editing the first collection of episodes. I’ve also contributed work across a number of other brands while at CNE, including Vanity Fair, Wired, and Epicurious.

Before CNE, I collected a diverse amount of experience working on narrative, documentary and other digital projects. For Why Not Productions, I was a Post-PA for the 2016 action feature, “Blood Father.” For Flatbush Pictures, I was a Post-PA on the 2016 documentary “Keepers of the Game,” and assistant editor on their docu-shorts “Notes From Liberia,” and “Hell Week.” At Kornhaber Brown, I edited educational-based programs for PBS Digital, including the long-running “PBS Space Time.”

Born in Leesburg, Virginia, I was raised on baseball and movies. My father is a magazine editor and my mother is an architectural historian. My grandmother had a huge impact on my filmmaking aspirations by forcing me to watch a wide array of VHS and DVDs at a young age after school. Although at that age I still preferred Space Jam to Rear Window, I later came to appreciate the importance of this education.

When I was 12, my two cousins and I wrote, directed, starred in, and edited a sketch comedy pilot on a Sony Handicam. We're still waiting to hear back from all the major networks. When I was 17, I moved to Wilmington, North Carolina to study at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I majored in film and minored in creative writing. When I was 23, I moved to New York, where I reside to this day.
